Ordering Copies of Your Dissertation
Many times students, committee members, and departments will want copies of dissertations filed with the Graduate Division. There are two different ways to go about getting copies of your dissertation.
One way is by ordering copies through the Serials Department in the Davidson Library. To do this, you will need to pick up a requisition form from the library or from your department. The ordering process goes through the department so students will need to reimburse their department for the cost of binding.
If you decide to order copies through the Davidson Library, you will need to supply the actual pages of your dissertation to the library for binding (the library will not reproduce the pages for you). These pages can but do not have to be on 100% cotton bond paper. Bring the requisition along with however many copies you wish to have bound to the Serials Department. This process takes about one month.

The other way you can order copies of your dissertation is through ProQuest. You can order copies while you complete the process of electronically filing your dissertation or when you fill out a hard-copy of the Publishing Agreement Form. Unlike the library here on campus, ProQuest will reproduce the entire document for you; however these copies usually are not received for a few months after the end of the quarter in which you submitted your document.
