
Graduate Programming Assistant
- Coordinate and support professional development events such as New Graduate Student Orientation, Grad Slam, and the Leadership Certificate Program, including logistics, technical facilitation, and event promotion.
- Manage communications and marketing tasks, including event listings on Shoreline and Localist, webpage updates, and occasional content creation using platforms like Canva or Google Forms.
- Foster campus partnerships by engaging with campus committees and representing graduate student and postdoctoral interests across departments.
- Assist with daily operations at the Graduate Student Resource Center, including opening/closing the space, answering student inquiries, and maintaining supplies.
- Contribute to collaborative projects within the Graduate Division, respond to student and staff requests, and take ownership of assigned special projects with professionalism and initiative.
