"When I heard that I'd received fellowship support, I was naturally thrilled but also extremely relieved because my dissertation project involved visits to multiple districts in India, as well as different methods of data gathering. So fieldwork support ensured that I was able to spend one year in the field conducting focus group discussions, interviews, agricultural field visits, as well as 800 detailed farm household surveys in five remote, climate-vulnerable districts of India... I would like to warmly thank the fellowship donors for the incredible support, without which my intensive fieldwork would absolutely not have been possible. Your support, your generosity always means a lot and is always very, very appreciated, so thank you very much."
